We stayed in #33, a 5th floor, 3 bedroom 2 bath condo from 4/19 to 4/26/14. The unit appears to be brand new, even though it is probably, at least, a few years old. The views from the Seven Mile Beachfront balcony are spectacular and the location can’t be beat! The South Bay Beach Club is quiet and has plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and room so that you don’t have to fight for space! The pool is very nice as well. The Marriott next door has a lot of action going on, and is a nice place to visit for drinks and meals as well as access to water sports–wave runners, parasailing , banana boat riding, etc. The water in front of South Bay is crystal clear when calm and has some nice snorkeling as well. The housekeeping services are very good especially if you take time to get to know the workers as they are very nice people. A great place to stay and we will try and make it back in the next year or so!! Wonderful place!!
Room Tip: I’m sure all the rooms here are great, they all have balconies on Seven Mile Beach!!!!

We stayed in Villa 33 on the 6th floor. We were several adults with 2 small children and the unit was brand new, spacious, and luxurious. It has a well appointed kitchen that had everything we needed and over-sized flat screen TVs. The huge double balcony was amazing with a sweeping view of the ocean! A nice place to eat breakfast. The beach was clean with no litter, and beautiful. There were quite a few folks snorkeling and you can wade pretty far out from shore. This seems like a well maintained property. There is a security guard on site in the evenings. The staff were courteous and had warm smiles. It was such a comfortable stay, I just recommend you bring an insulated tumbler so you can make your own drink and bring it down to the beach.

Our family of five adults stayed for one week in January 2015. We stayed in Unit #33 on the 5th floor. This property is only 5 years old so it is one of the newest on Seven Mile Beach. We loved our view from the sky patio. I am sure it must be one of the best you can find in Grand Cayman. It was hard to leave yesterday, but we know we will return again. The unit was very spacious with a great kitchen. We ate most of our breakfast and lunch meals at SBBC. We also enjoyed using the grills a few times. Ena cleans the unit daily except for Sunday’s and she is very friendly. She will always give you plenty of clean towels and other supplies that you request. The location of SBBC is within walking distance to grocery store, liquor store, and many restaurants.

Maggie and Faithia are very helpful in recommending restaurants for dinner. Our favorite was the Calypso Grill…the seafood was very fresh. The beach is beautiful and not crowded like the Marriott next door. There are always lots of chairs available with umbrellas and tables. Our family spent a lot of time on the beach. The grounds are maintained very well…they have guys working out there every day. The entire staff is very friendly. We also took an excursion with “Sail With Friends” that was great. We swam with stingrays and snorkeled.

This was our 2nd stay at SBBC. Our first visit in March 2013 was also wonderful.
