Located on the 2nd floor, villa #11 has a spectacular view of Seven Mile Beach. From its large private screened patio you can walk out onto two separate open balconies to enjoy an unobstructed view of the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea, our private beach and heated swimming pool. Master suite also has direct access to screened and open patios with full ocean view. This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom villa offers extra convenience and space to a large family. A large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar and a 6 seater dining table offering comfortable outside dining. Furnished with a large comfortable sofa, a 46″ flatscreen plasma television and DVD player, this spacious oversized livingroom will be a popular area for family gatherings. DVD player and Dish Network programming. Guest bedroom and 3rd bedroom both have a 21″ flatscreen LCD televison and Dish Network programming. 42″tv in master bedroom Bedding: Kingsize bed in master bedroom, king size bed in guest bedroom, 1 queensize bed in 3rd bedroom and 2 twin beds in 4th bedroom. Additional ammenities in villa: Fullsize washer/dryer, iron and ironboard, hairdryer in each bathroom and beach towels.

    We stayed for one week (two adults and two kids ages 9 & 6) at the South Bay Beach Club on Seven Mile Beach. The condos are a decent size (we stayed in Villa 5 which is a two bedroom) and fairly well equipped. The location is ideal…walking distance to a lot of restaurants and Camana Bay and right on a very nice part of Seven Mile Beach. Also, the pool is heated, which my kids loved. The reason for my giving only three stars is due to the very poor service. Upon arrival, the woman in the office was on the phone (with another employee) discussing the groceries that were delivered for another condo. She did not say anything to us for at least five minutes…just kept talking on the phone. When she finally got off, she did not apologize, welcome us or anything. She simply gave us the keys, asked us if we wanted her to charge the same credit card for the rest of the charges and told us how to get to the condo. We told her the airline lost our luggage and they would be delivering it the next day (Sunday, when the office is closed) so we asked her to please inform the security guard. When I asked him later in the day if she had told him, he did not know anything about our bags arriving. On Sunday, the woman from United delivering our bags said she called the condo office and the woman she spoke with said they were closed and to come back tomorrow!!!! I couldn’t believe it!!! Luckily my husband went to check outside and the delivery woman happened to be there with our bags so we did get them on Sunday. The housekeeping is also lacking…they basically come to make your bed and give you new bath towels. They do not clean anything!! When we left, the woman at the desk (the same as upon our arrival) took our keys and said our bill was settled. She never asked how our stay was, told us to have a safe flight, nothing!! Oh, they did call at 11 to say we were supposed to be checked out by 11. Ugh, just horrible service!!! The service does not at all match the price.

    This property was breathtaking! Even though our flight was late arriving, we were met upon arrival by a security guard who had our keys for us. Upon entering unit #11 we were completely blown away. It was beautiful and spotless! Thanks to sweet Ena who came in and cleaned behind us every day! We had asked the staff to do our grocery shopping for us ahead of time and it was all exactly as requested and meticulously put away. The views from the condo were amazing and made for many late night family wine tastings. On the beach area and the grounds of the condo, there was not so much as a shell or leaf out of place. We cannot express enough how impressed we were with the management staff. We had a bit of a “complicated” group since we had sons with girlfriends, so I made MULTIPLE calls to the condo management and staff regarding accommodations. They were ALWAYS extremely kind and helpful with all arrangements and activities. We will definitely make a return trip and stay in the same condo and cannot thank the staff enough for the experience of a lifetime! This was a Christmas gift to our kids and they finally even think we’re cool again!

    Our family of five’s (17,15, 11) first visit to Grand Cayman, and I believe we picked the very best place to stay! South Bay Beach Club is in a great location and unit #8 was a spacious two bedroom on the first floor end. Unit #8 had easy access on & off the beach, it was clean and very well maintained and exactly liked it looked in the pictures. The staff (Faithia & David) were very accommodating, accessible and eager to make sure our vacation was perfect. It was truly a great beach for snorkeling & swimming, great location where you can walk to anything grocery, restaurants, Marriott & George Town.

    Can’t wait to go back to South Bay Beach Club next year and lay in the hammocks again…
    Room Tip: Walkout first floor end unit was the best, easy on & off the beach!
