RATE RULES

MINIMUM STAY RULES

RESORT POLICIES

Check-in is 4:00 pm unless an early check-in is approved by the manager.

Check-out is 11:00 am unless a late check-out is approved by the manager.

Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.

PAYMENTS SCHEDULE

For guests arriving within the schedule below – full payment is due upon booking.

If booking outside ( as in earlier) of that schedule 50% of the Rent amount is required at booking as the initial deposit to secure your dates and the remaining balance is due as follows:

CANCELLATION POLICY

Free cancellation is provided if canceled within 24 hours of booking. There are no processing fees for minor date changes.

Notice of cancellation must be submitted in an email to reservations@southbaybeachclub.com.

Cancellations outside of 24 hours but within the timeframe below aresubject to a full refund of the initial deposit paid less the 3.6% credit card fee and a $200 processing fee:

If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, Rent plus, the 3.6% credit card fee, and we don’t collect refundable damage in advance any more the Resort Fee paid is forfeited. Taxes will be refunded immediately to the card on file.

No refunds for shortened stays within the cancellation period.
