Located on the 5th floor Villa # 33 has a spectacular view of Seven Mile Beach and the crystal clear waters of the Caribbean Sea from its exclusive upper level innovative Shy Yard Patio. This spacious outdoor terrace provide the best of both worlds, with a fully screened enclosure and an open air private terrace with nothing but blue sky above enabling you to sunbathe at your leisure on comfortable patio furniture. The Master suite has direct access to the screened, open patio with full ocean view. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar. Its spacious living room is furnished with a comfortable sectional sofa, a 55" flatscreen HD television, DVD player Logic Network Programming. Each bedroom also has an HD flatscreen television. Bedding: Kingsize bed in master suite. Queen in guest bedroom, two twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Additional amenities in villa: fullsize washer/dryer, iron and iron board, hairdryer in each bathroom and beach towels.

At South Bay Beach Club, we care about the experience of every single guest and family member that enters our doors, and our sole purpose, as always, is your health and safety.



As the world adjusts to the new travel norms and expectations, we’re enhancing our guest’s experience by redefining cleanliness. We want to ensure and reassure you that we are focused round-the-clock on the health and safety of all our guests, residents and employees, without compromising the high standards and quality of your experience, that you have come to know, love and expect in your every stay with us.



The South Bay Beach Club cleaning protocols already includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and guest(s) may see added procedures throughout your stay which includes:



Reception: Reduced contact at check-in and check-out. In front of the reception, sneeze guard is installed to promote safe distancing and to lessen direct contact.

• Keys will be provided in Ziplock pouches (Keys are sanitized after each guest check-out).

• All paperwork, pens, keys used at the reception are disinfected before being given to guest(s).

• Necessary arrangements (Contactless credit card transaction, virtual pos etc.). have been made for payment with minimum contact. When contact process is required disinfection process is performed before serving the next guest.



Public Spaces and Facilities: Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, easy-to-access liquid disinfection and waste units, along with stimulant information.

• Arrangements and necessary cautionary information have been made in accordance with the social distance rule in the areas where guests will be found collectively.



Guest Room: In addition to frequent daily routine cleaning, detailed cleaning and maintenance will be carried out and permanent disinfection procedures applied. All surfaces are cleaned with antiviral disinfection with 30-day permanence. Alcohol and chlorine-based products are being used to increase the disinfection effects of daily products used in cleaning.

Good. We had 3 issues; the fridge freezer was broken when we arrived, blinds in the bedrooms facing the hallway need blackout blinds due to hallway lighting, and queen size bed in bedroom 2 needs to be replaced.

Everything about this place is amazing - the view, the location, the uncrowded beach chairs, and especially the people. Right next door to Red Sail for water sport activities, rental car company across the street, grocery store close by. The property was in pristine condition, and the covered balcony was perfect after a day in the sun!

Escape from Snow and Ice

This was our third stay at SBBC and we have booked for next year. The first year we enjoyed a 2 bedroom with walk out beach access which was very convenientFor January and February we now rent a 3 bedroom unit on the 5 th floor which gives us a large outdoor space with spectacular ocean and sunset views with soft breezes to keep you cool. Our fully equipped condo was set up for our arrival, Ena our housekeeper put everything in its place, groceries away, fruit in the bowl, wine in the rack. It felt like home when we walked through the door. Avagaye, the concierge had arranged for our deliveries and Maggie the manager oversees every aspect to ensure guest satisfaction. Not sure we could have asked for anything more! We had a broken door lock which David happily repaired as soon as I mentioned it. Looking forward to next year, always hard to say goodbye to PARADISE...........

Villa 33 was stunning, clean and with incredible views. We are s larger fanily so tend to rent houses or apartments, this was the cleanest apartment we’ve ever stayed in. Sharon was our house keeper and she was very accommodating when it came to timing, we always seemed to be home when she wanted to clean but always offered to come back later. We worked with Avagaye to book restaurants, excursions and food delivery. She made superb choices based on our budget and wishes. Peppers grill and Calypso were our favs and we didn’t have one bad food experience the whole week. Our groceries were delivered to the apartment before our arrival and we also had snorkeling gear delivered. Avagaye also helped to book and pay for parasailing, turtle farm and nighttime submarine adventure. All were great fun and most of all, the trip was so relaxing because it was all taken care of. The night security guard was a great touch, we left our car lights on and he knocked on the door. He was always smiling and polite.Parking is tight but we needed a large vehicle, and it’s covered which was a blessing on warm days.The pool and private beach area had plenty of shade and sunny spots. The pool was very clean, the outdoor grill and eating area was also immaculate. This was worth every penny to us, it’s private and quiet but right next to the Marriott when you want busy, fun, good food and cocktails. Snorkeling right from the beach was superb fun and Avagaye had suggested we could rent the gear for the week and use whenever we wanted. That was a great tip.You can also walk from here to George Town in a few minutes. Truly a perfect location.

Vill 33 was beyond our expectation. Clean, friendly, convenient. We've traveled around the world and have incredibly high expectations and this exceeded them all. Couldn't have been happier to arrive and sadder to leave. Highly recommend South Bay Beach Club and unit 33. The views were amazing. The pool and beach are were exceptional.

The best part of our Cayman vacation was staying at South Bay Beach Club!We were traveling with our two adult children and there was plenty of room to spread out. The Villa is beautifully furnished and very clean! Beach chairs were always available, no need to get up early and leave a towel to reserve a chair. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I ordered groceries to be delivered upon arrival and sure enough, refrigerator was stocked. How great is that! Cleaning service was provided by Ena, she did a great job and is super sweet. We enjoyed dinner at:Casanova was averageXQ’s Pizza was outstandingVeranda was goodAnchor & Den was averageCasa 43 was outstandingCoconut Joe’s was outstanding, great breakfast, grilled fish and tacos. Best piña colada! Peppers Bar & Grill was terrible, everything was dry.Burger Shack, my son enjoyed his burger.Be sure to swim with the stingrays. We used Fat Fish Adventures and they were awesome! We had a blast on the jet skis and they provided plenty of time with the stingrays.
