Located on the first floor, villa #2 has direct access to our beautiful beachfront property from its private screened patio. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa has a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a breakfast bar. The spacious living-room has a comfortable sleeper sofa and loveseat combo, a " flat screen HD television with Dish Network programming and DVD player. Master bedroom is furnished with flat screen HD televisions. King size bed in master bedroom. Queen size bed in guest bedroom. Additional amenities in villa: Hi-speed wireless internet and free local calls, full size washer/dryer, hairdryer in each bathroom and beach towels.

As the world adjusts to the new travel norms and expectations, we’re enhancing our guest’s experience by redefining cleanliness. We want to ensure and reassure you that we are focused round-the-clock on the health and safety of all our guests, residents and employees, without compromising the high standards and quality of your experience, that you have come to know, love and expect in your every stay with us.

The South Bay Beach Club cleaning protocols already includes deep cleaning with hospital-grade disinfectants, and guest(s) may see added procedures throughout your stay which includes:



Reception: Reduced contact at check-in and check-out. In front of the reception, sneeze guard is installed to promote safe distancing and to lessen direct contact.

• Keys will be provided in Ziplock pouches (Keys are sanitized after each guest check-out).

• All paperwork, pens, keys used at the reception are disinfected before being given to guest(s).

• Necessary arrangements (Contactless credit card transaction, virtual pos etc.). have been made for payment with minimum contact. When contact process is required disinfection process is performed before serving the next guest.



Public Spaces and Facilities: Additional deep cleaning of high touch surfaces, easy-to-access liquid disinfection and waste units, along with stimulant information.

• Arrangements and necessary cautionary information have been made in accordance with the social distance rule in the areas where guests will be found collectively.



Guest Room: In addition to frequent daily routine cleaning, detailed cleaning and maintenance will be carried out and permanent disinfection procedures applied. All surfaces are cleaned with antiviral disinfection with 30-day permanence. Alcohol and chlorine-based products are being used to increase the disinfection effects of daily products used in cleaning.

We decided on a last minute trip to Grand Cayman & found this condo available. It was a 2br/2ba with a nice size kitchen & LR. The patio was a perfect spot to watch the sunset The property is well maintained. All staff, management to housekeepers, were extremely professional & helpful. The location was perfect for walking down to Georgetown, grocery, liquor store, or up to Camana Cay. Taxi’s were plentiful & prompt. FYI, if you pay for anything in USD, your change will be in Cayman money. This property is family-friendly. So if you’re looking to relax without children around, you might want to stay somewhere else. The beaches at this end of 7 mile Beach have been somewhat washed away. The north end of 7 mile Beach has more expansive beaches and less rocks in the water. Overall, this is an great property.

My wife and two daughters enjoyed our time on Seven-Mile Beach for our third time and our first at South Bay Beach Club. I was awesome from a location point on the beach for miles of walking, sailboats, wave runner services next door at Red Sail/Marriott to many restaurants within walking distance. The staff from the front desk, security and maids were simply as nice and helpful as anyone could ask for. The condo was extremely clean, very well appointed and convenient to walk-out right to the pool, deck lawn and beach! Even the parking space was great - covered and protected. Loved South Bay Beach Club!
