All Beachcomber condos are maintained to perfection with quality furnishings, gourmet appliances, and all the comforts of home.

Each unit comes furnished with either a spacious oceanfront patio or balcony. Ground floor units enjoy walk-out access from the patio to the pool deck and beach--very convenient! The upper floors, however, enjoy elevated balcony views of beautiful Seven Mile Beach.

This fifth-floor unit features expansive living areas, 2 bedroom suites, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery are all provided.

Central air conditioning and complimentary high-speed wifi will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay. Flat-screen TVs in the living area and bedrooms are equipped with cable programming.

**Sleeping Arrangements**
(Sleeps 4 guests max.)

  • Master Suite - king bed, television, ensuite bath with shower/tub combo.
  • Guest Suite - queen bed, television, ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

Daily housekeeping is provided during your stay except on Sundays and holidays. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers all come provided.

Every condo also includes a separate laundry room with a washer, dryer, laundry sink, plus iron and board.

Traveling families can request Pack 'n Play cribs or high chairs. The front office will hold these items for you at check-in.

The Beachcomber is within walking distance of many restaurants and bars, wellness spas, and shops. For nights-in, you will find many takeout or delivery options to choose from.

A rental car is not a necessity as you can get around easily via taxis. You might want to consider one since there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can get expensive. Hertz and Andy's Rent-a-Car are nearby options.

Proximity to water sports, nightlife, and one of the best beaches in the Caribbean make The Beachcomber the perfect destination for island travelers.

Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. With its barefoot soft sand and aqua blue waters gently rolling along the shore, it's easy to understand why. 

You'll find plenty of opportunities to snorkel and paddleboard, as well as build sandcastles and take long walks along the shore. Situated on the island's western peninsula, sunsets along Seven Mile Beach are phenomenal.

Great condo! Beautiful condo with wonderful amenities on the beach. Very quiet. Housekeeping and office staff is very nice.

Let me start by saying I am a very picky traveler and generally can find something to complain about anywhere I go 😉 but not this time. I have finally found a place that I literally couldn\'t find one thing to complain about. I stunned my family in fact. This was my second visit to seven mile beach previously staying at the Westin. The beach is by far one of the most beautiful I\'ve visited and I\'m been to many. But previously the Westin was just underwhelming, so I wanted to try something different. I like my space especially travelling with my 20 year old son and his girlfriend. So I did my research and found the Beachcomber. I thought it was too good to be true, so I expected some disappointment when arriving, well I can say I was so impressed by every aspect of the Beachcomber. The staff at check-in were so nice, huge parking garage underground which is great with how hot it can get, and the location is right across the street from many great places to eat. Try Lloyds BBQ, very good! The facilities are so clean and pleasant, pool is very nice but with the beach right there I don\'t typically use a pool, always plenty of chairs, and not crowed together. The- beachfront is expansive, I thought the beach by the Westin was the best, but this to me is the best, hands down. I could talk about how amazing the beach is for days, but this is about the Beachcomber. So now for the condo, we stayed in unit 25 two bedroom. Wow, as soon as I stepped in I could smell clean...not bleach, just really lovely smell of a freshly cleaned room. The cleaning crew do an amazing job from the appliances to the coffee pot, spotless. The condo is HUGE, I mean more room than 4 people could ever need. The decor and furniture were beautiful, beach themed and such attention to detail everywhere you looked. Shout out to the person who decorated!! Everything is high end, fully stocked kitchen with a great blender, which is important as there is not a bar on the site, (Cont).

Three full bathrooms one in each bedroom and one off the main area. The beds were very comfy as well as the pillows. The water pressure was great and that is VERY rare! Plenty of space to unpack. TVs in each room. Did I mention clean?? Just amazing. But the very best part was the balcony, which is more than a balcony it is huge, you could have a party out there. and the view is spectacular. I\'ve never had such a great view. We rented a car but most great restaurants are in walking distance. Food on Cayman is VERY good, but can be a bit pricey in USD, so with the Condo you can save a little by ordering groceries ahead of time from Fosters and they will deliver and the staff will stock your fridge. We did the stingrays again, with Red Sail, I have to say last time I enjoyed the staff more, and you get really nothing for your money, no drinks, no food. If you have a larger group might be better to just charter your own boat. As far as activities at Beachcomber, they have tubes and paddle boards, and cornhole on the beach, but if you are looking for entertainment you will need to make your own! Which is great for us. The Ritz is within walking distance and we rented jet skis, and there is a nice beach restaurant there food was very good. Things do seem to close early and a lot of place closed on Sunday, but that is just a Cayman thing I guess. I\'m already looking to book my next trip, I can\'t imagine going anywhere else!

Beachcomber #25 was an absolutely BEAUTIFUL condo! It was furnished with everything you could possibly need for your stay-even some games in the cabinet if you have a rainy day! The entire staff at Beachcomber was amazing! Front office staff was very helpful with suggestions and recommendations. Checking in and out was a breeze. The housekeeping staff was very professional and accommodating. I wish I had gotten our lady’s name- she went above and beyond! We have stayed elsewhere in Cayman but will never stay anywhere else again! We are already planning our next return trip. The beach area and pool area are FABULOUS!!

We were 2 couples traveling to Grand Cayman for the first time. This villa had a great balcony and excellent ocean views. Everything we could think of was provided at the villa! We walked to all restaurants and they were outstanding. There was also shopping nearby. We stayed away from George Town, in part due to fears of cruise crowds and in part because we had everything we needed including the best spot on 7-Mile beach. This was a relaxing and wonderful holiday due to location, amenities and the friendly office staff that helped us with activities and questions. Highly recommend!

Booking Rules

  • Christmas & New Year's are split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates BEFORE booking.
  • 3-night minimum: Mid-April to Late May, Late August to Thanksgiving.
  • 5-night minimum: Late May to Mid-August, Early January to Early March.
  • 6-night minimum: Thanksgiving week.
  • 7-night minimum: Festive Holiday Season & Spring Break (Early March to Mid-April).
  • Inquire about last-minute stays.

Resort Policies

  • Check-in is 3:00 p.m.
  • Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
  • No arrivals on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. 
  • All units are non-smoking. Please refrain from smoking inside and on the patios or balconies. 
  • Any indication of smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee. 
  • No pets are permitted on the property. 
  • No parties, weddings, or events are allowed without prior written consent from the front office. 
  • We ask all guests to be considerate when enjoying the pool, or on their patios or balconies, by keeping the noise to a minimum. 

Deposit Policy

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due as follows:
    • Summer Stays (Apr. 16 - Dec. 16): 60 days prior to arrival.
    • Thanksgiving & Winter Stays (Jan. - Apr. 15): 90 days prior to arrival. 
    • Winter Holiday Stays (Dec. 17 - Jan. 2): 120 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

  • Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
  • Free cancellation with no fees if done within 48 hours of booking.
  • Cancellations outside of 48 hours but within the timeframe below are subject to a full refund less a $200 processing fee:
    • Summer Stays: Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival.
    • Thanksgiving & Winter Stays: Cancel 90 days or more prior to arrival. 
    • Winter Holiday Stays: Cancel 120 days or more prior to arrival. 
  • If cancellation is made on shorter notice than outlined above, the full amount paid will be forfeited.
  • No refunds for shortened stays within the cancelation period.

Getting Around
