This luxuriously landscaped and gated estate is located just 20 minutes from the airport. Housekeeping (included) and cooking (add-on) options make this villa very popular with our guests.

This grand villa sits at the end of a winding drive around the private tennis court, perched on a secluded sandy beach with exquisite sunset views. Due to its unique location, Pease Bay House is one of Grand Cayman's best-kept secrets for those seeking privacy while on holiday. Spanning over 6,000 sq. ft. across 5 bedrooms, a media room, and 5.5 baths, this home has plenty of space for your whole family.

Pease Bay House is a unique property featuring a large infinity pool and a private tennis court. Walking through the front entrance, guests are greeted by the villa's glorious ocean views of the Caribbean Sea, a truly unforgettable first impression. Architectural finishes throughout the villa include travertine marble floors, mahogany columns and walls, plantation shutters, and privacy blinds in each bedroom.

A large thatched beach cabana with a hammock will beckon those in need of relaxation or an afternoon nap. Children can comb the shoreline in each direction looking for shells, treasures, and sea-glass. It would be rare to see a soul on the beach with the exception of your immediate neighbor to the west.

Owner's housekeepers provide light housekeeping on Mon/Wed/Fri. The owner's cook may be engaged in advance for cooking services (n/a over festive, as she visits home for the holidays). Arrange cooking services directly with the property manager after booking.

  • The westerly position of the villa leaves the 4 oceanfront bedrooms, pool deck, and kitchen in the morning shade for late sleepers.

  • The downstairs living & TV area opens onto the pool deck and features an upright piano.
  • The second-floor formal living area has a vaulted ceiling and is furnished with three slip-covered couches, plush chairs, and spectacular ocean views across the ocean terrace.
  • The kitchen is a chef's paradise with 2 warming drawers, 3 Sub Zero refrigerators, dual Miele dishwashers, 2 wine coolers, a large commercial-grade range with double ovens and hood, and ample counter space.
  • A new oceanfront breakfast with pool deck access was recently added.
  • Many of our guests will either hire the owner's cook or hire a private chef for a memorable gourmet at-home dinner.
  • The grand formal dining room is furnished with a 12-foot table and stunning chandeliers.
  • The media room/den offers a sleeper sofa and a full ensuite bathroom for up to 2 children (aged 12 and under only).
  • Propane grill on the pool deck just outside the kitchen for island cookouts.
  • Alfresco patio dining for 12 with additional seating available.

  • 3 Oceanfront King Suites: one on the main level, two on the upper level. 6 adults
  • 1 Oceanfront Queen Bedroom: upper level, shared bath with twin bedroom. 2 adults
  • 1 Twin Bedroom: Twin beds can be joined and made up as a king bed upon request. 2 adults
  • The sleeper sofa in the media den can sleep children only (aged 12 or younger). 2 children only

Pease Bay House is only 10-12 minutes from the Countryside Shopping Village in Savannah, where you will find a large grocery store, as well as a pharmacy, wine shop, gym, bank, restaurants, and take-away eateries.

The Grand Cayman Villas private fitness center, exclusive to only our villa guests, is 10 minutes away and features cardio equipment, weights, universal, bands, rowers, bikes, and a yoga studio.

Pease Bay House is a non-smoking villa. No pets are permitted.

The owner requests no weddings or events with invited guests.

Beach Notes

The entire island is only 22 miles wide from west to east, so you are never too far from anywhere on Grand Cayman.

The villas in Pease bay on the southeast coast offer great reef-protected snorkeling as well as proximity to the best dive operators on the entire island--Ocean Frontiers and Tortuga Divers. Being on the south coast the water tends to be very calm on the beaches.

The water behind Pease Bay House is usually calm and has both sandy & rocky beach entry for the first 3-8 feet. This is a reef-protected marine environment and the snorkeling can be wonderful, even in shallow waters.

A short 15-minute drive west is a large grocery store, Fosters, as well as a Subway sandwich shop, bank, restaurants, and the Savannah Medical Clinic & Pharmacy.

Lastly, villas in Pease Bay are much closer to George Town and Seven Mile Beach than those in Rum Point and the North Side.

All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high water mark.

The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.

Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed

Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.

Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival. 

Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.

Taxes & Fees

  • 13% Occupancy tax added to all rates.

  • A Departure Cleaning Fee is required for all stays.
  • A refundable damage deposit of $2,500 is required for all stays.
  • Refundable damage deposits will be returned to the guest 7 days after departure pending any damages.
  • We accept Visa, MC, Discover, and Bank Wire for payments. 

Booking Rules

  • 5 nights minimum stay required.
  • 6 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Thanksgiving week.
  • 7 nights minimum and full occupancy required over Christmas and New Year's week.
  • Christmas & New Year's dates are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Shorter stays may be available but subject to a higher cleaning fee. Please inquire before booking.
  • Must be 25 or older to book and must occupy the property during the entire stay.

Villa Cleaning & Sanitation

All villas are cleaned and sanitized prior to each guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products.

Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.

Getting Around

A rental car is highly recommended. Taxi cabs are unreliable and expensive outside of town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island
