Welcome to The Renaissance Grand Cayman located on the beautiful shores of Seven Mile Beach!
Renaissance #12 is located on the third floor and spans over 2,000 square feet with 3 well-appointed bedrooms with convenient ensuite bathrooms. The master suite has oceanfront views overlooking the pool deck and comes furnished with a king bed and private terrace. The second and third bedrooms are located inland and come furnished with a queen bed and 2 twin beds. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable/satellite programming.
All Renaissance condos are equipped with a screened-in terrace providing fantastic views of Seven Mile Beach. It's the perfect spot to start your day with your morning coffee or unwind after a day of beach fun taking in the sunset views.
The living area is furnished with comfortable sofa seating and comes equipped with a large flatscreen TV. The kitchen overlooks the living area and comes equipped with modern appliances, breakfast counter seating, plus pots and pans, dishware, cutlery, and glassware. A separate laundry room sits off the hallway complete with wash and dryer.
All Renaissance condos are non-smoking and include complimentary WiFi, free local and long-distance calling to the US and Canada, plus daily housekeeping (excluding Sundays and major holidays). The resort boasts an on-site fitness center, a beautiful 85-foot infinity pool with hot tub, free underground parking, two elevators on each side of the property, four beachfront barbecue grills, and plenty of chaise lounges and umbrellas on the beach. Beach towels are provided daily during your stay.
The Renaissance is removed from the congestion and crowds of lower Seven Mile Beach making it an ideal destination for families and couples wanting to get away from it all. It's also a great compromise for guests who love Seven Mile Beach, but want more privacy and aren't ready to make the leap into a private villa on the island's north side.

- Check-out: 11:00 am
- Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.
- All units are non-smoking.
- No pets are allowed on the property.
- No events are allowed without prior written consent from the manager.
- A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
- The remaining balance is due in full upon arrival.
- Full payment is required on reservations made within 30 days of arrival.
- Notice of cancellation must be submitted to the resort's front office.
- All cancellations and changes are subject to a $150 admin fee.
- The deposit, less the admin fee, will be refunded once notice to cancel is received by the time periods outlined below:
- Summer Stays (Apr. 15 - Dec. 15): Cancel 30-days or more prior to arrival.
- Winter (Dec. 16 - Apr. 14) & Thanksgiving Stays (Nov. 20 - Dec. 1): Cancel 60-days or more prior to arrival.
- Christmas Stays (Dec. 18 - Jan. 5): Cancel 120-days or more prior to arrival.
- Bookings canceled within the cancellation period will forfeit 50% of the room rate plus the $150 admin fee.
