Fourth Floor Penthouse

Completed in 2023, SeaDreams is Grand Cayman's newest boutique condo with panoramic tropical views of Seven Mile Beach.

Built into the raw ironshore, SeaDreams lacks a sandy beachfront. The property does have a walkway to the ocean with railed stairs for water access on days with calm seas. Ideal for experienced swimmers with pool shoes or snorkel fins for foot protection. Otherwise, a better beach experience awaits a short walk down the road at West Bay Beach.

There you will find a laid-back white sand beach with easy water entry and a snorkeling reef just offshore. Public bathrooms, showers, restaurants, and dive operators can be found along the beach as well.

Each corner unit condo is identically designed featuring three-bedroom suites, open-concept living areas, oceanfront balconies, gourmet kitchens, plus modern decor and furniture throughout.

SeaDreams was designed as an excellent vacation rental value with many common areas provided. 

Access to a shared oceanfront pool, heated spa, and rooftop lounge is reserved for owners and guests exclusively. Elevators service every floor except the rooftop which requires walking up a flight of stairs.

On a clear day, you will enjoy 360-degree elevated island views from high atop the building. Sunset views are equally breathtaking whether you are taking in the view from your private balcony, or immersed in the heated spa.

SeaDreams #8 is a fourth-floor penthouse condo with walk-out access to a furnished, glass-railed balcony with elevated oceanfront views. With only four condos in the rental program, your privacy is assured.

1X Mid-week housekeeping is included (min. 7-day stay req. / schedule with local manager).

  • Primary Suite: king bed, oceanfront views, television, walk-out access to the furnished balcony, closet, ensuite with shower.
  • Queen Suite: queen bed, television, ensuite with shower bath.
  • Twin Suite: two twin beds, island views, television, ensuite with shower; twin beds can be fitted to a king upon request. 

High-speed fiber wifi, cable televisions, and central air conditioning will keep you cool and connected during your stay. Uniquely coded keyless entry deadbolts are programmed for your security.

A full kitchen along with cookware, glassware, flatware, and cutlery are all provided. 

All linens and both bath and beach towels are provided. Six beach chairs are also included during your stay.

Many restaurants, watersports, and resorts are within a 5-10 minute drive from SeaDreams. Taxi service is easy to hire but can get expensive.

Beach Notes

SeaDreams is protected by an ironshore bluff and shoreline.

For a true beach experience, with sandy sunbathing and barefoot swimming, head to nearby West Bay Beach, a short drive or a 5-minute walk east. Six complimentary beach chairs are provided for each condo for your enjoyment at the beach. 

For the snorkelers in your group, complimentary snorkel gear and Seaview boards are provided during your stay. On calm days, a pathway over the ironshore leads to an ocean ladder for water entry to swim and explore the sea.

If the waters are choppy, we suggest snorkeling at Cemetery Reef or West Bay Beach, both nearby. 

For excursions, including fishing, SCUBA, or private snorkel charters, guests can rely on our hospitality team to coordinate reservations prior to arrival. Your group can be collected at either the West Bay public dock or the Cayman Islands Yacht Club.

The location was perfect for what we were looking for. It was away from the business of seven mile beach but you could drive there if you wanted. The place was perfect for our family of 5! It was very clean with a well stocked kitchen for cooking! The view of the water was perfect, too! We would definitely stay here again. They were very responsive to any questions we had!

We expected a lot, and Sea Dreams #8, exceeded our high expectations! From the time we rented the unit and throughout our stay communication with Maynor, and Grand Cayman Villas & Condos, was exceptional. The arrival procedures were simple and clear. Our requests were accommodated and Maynor followed-up to ensure we were having a positive experience. The condo looked great in the photos and was even more stunning upon arrival. The furnishings, appointments, appliances, and kitchen-ware are all high-end. Everything was spotless, and the mid-week cleaning was appreciated. The balcony and roof-top views are breathtaking. Our family snorkeled from the access at the back of the condo, we spotted several lobsters, a nurse shark, and a variety of tropical fish. Afterward we enjoyed relaxing in the waterfront pool and spa. Excellent restaurants and grocery shopping are only minutes away. We are scuba divers, and Sea Dreams is near many of the island’s best dive sites. Our family has visited Grand Cayman several times, and have stayed at many nice condos, but Sea Dreams #8 is by far the best, and Grand Cayman Villas and Condos, the best to work with. We had a wonderful experience. No question, we would stay here again, and recommend you do the same.

3 of my friends and I stayed at Sea View for a milestone birthday and it was completely magical. The condo is well designed, laid out and every single detail is well thought out. From the double access sliding balcony doors to the outdoor shower, the safe and even visitor parking to accommodate multiple cars - everything was perfect. The view is unbeatable and is quite arguably the best in Grand Cayman. It’s well situated next to Fosters, a public beach that is never packed and a lot of great adventures in west bay. Additionally, our host Maynor was amazing. He responded quickly to all requests we had and was very accommodating. I’ve stayed in airbnbs around the world and this is the best one by miles - hands downs. This property deserve 10 out of 5 stars!!

We had an absolutely awesome time at sea dreams #8!! Our good friends bought a condo down the street in West Bay next to the dive shop… Location could not have been more perfect! Views off the balcony were incredible, and just as comfortable as we could be as a family! Look forward to returning to visit our friends and staying at Sea Dreams!

First time for my family to go to Grand Cayman. We debated staying at a resort vs. VRBO, but ultimately decided we would rather have us all together under one common room vs. multiple rooms on a sprawling property. This condo was perfect from that perspective providing enough shared space, but also 3 beds and 3 baths. The condo is brand new and beautiful. Has an amazing view from the 4th floor. We were unsure on the location at first, but found it to be just far enough away from the traffic of 7 mile beach, yet close enough to do everything we wanted to within minutes. Definitely would recommend renting a car for future visitors. The only negative was the weather was spotty during our trip, which you can't control. Still beautiful and enjoyed the time we spent in Grand Cayman. Would definitely go back and stay at Sea Dreams #8

The condo is even more beautiful and impressive than the pictures. An amazing brand new condo with everything you could need for a great trip. The snorkeling equipment was there day 1 and we snorkeled everyday. The pool and hot tub were perfect after a day of snorkeling. We were close to everything but far enough away not to have to deal with crowds. The management company was responsive. The condo itself was fantastic - comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen (keurig and drip coffee makers), ice maker, filtered water, fresh / clean linens and plenty of towels for everyone. They even had beach chairs for us to head out to the beach. Highly recommend!

We had the most wonderful experience at Sea Dreams Grand Cayman this March. The Sea Dreams is a new property, directly on the water, steps from the famous seven mile beach and a short drive into Georgetown. It is a modern building, thoughtfully designed and attractive inside and out. The views from this Penthouse are absolutely stunning - east, south and west. We went to sleep listening to the ocean waves every night and awoke to watching the fishing and diving boats head out to sea. The property has a lovely terrace which stretches along the entire front of the condo with a dining table and lounge chairs perfect to sit and wake up with coffee, catch the sunrise and enjoy a glass of wine watching the sun set. A wonderful feature of the terrace architecture is that while it faces south, sitting outside is possible all day long without an obtrusive sun. There is also a rooftop patio which is available all day long. We thoroughly relaxed in all the spacious spaces available to us. We spent our time going for walks on the beach and swimming when we were not lounging by the pool. The property is minutes from town and we appreciated the variety of restaurants nearby. There was a list of activities and amenities in the area prepared for our visit. The condo itself is spotless, beautifully and tastefully decorated, modern and minimally. It is also very private and quiet.The condo is supplied with everything one might need to make meals at home. It is equipped with new cooking utensils, coffee machine, tea kettle, pots and pans. In the bedrooms, we found everything we needed - flat screen TV, hangers, towels, soap and shampoo, hair dryer, baskets to put clothes away, side tables with lights and phone chargers, blinds on all the windows. If you are thinking of a holiday in the sun surrounded by water, restaurants, scenery and privacy - the Sea Dreams is absolutely the place to be and make part of your regular winter vacation. I can not recommend it enough.

  • 13% Occupancy Tax is added to all rates

  • A $1,000 refundable damage deposit is required for all bookings.
  • The refundable deposit is returned to guests 7 business days after departure pending inspection for damages.

For 2024, we're offering guests three ways to save on all stays through November 1st:

  • Book a 7-night stay and pay for only 6 nights, saving 15% with promo code RUM7.

  • Can't stay 7 nights? Book a 3-night minimum stay and save 10% with promo code RUMTEN.

Booking Rules

  • 3-night minimum required year-round.
  • 5-night minimum required over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's week.
  • Winter holidays are split into two rental periods. Please inquire with your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Check-in is 3:00 pm.
  • Check-out is 10:00 am.
  • Guests must be 23 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.

Deposit Policy

  • When booking outside of 60 days from arrival, half of the total Rent is required at booking to secure your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
  • If booking within 60 days from arrival, the total reservation amount is due at booking. 

Map Notes

Getting Around

Taxi service is reliable along Seven Mile Beach but can run expensive if you are the exploring type. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.

A rental car is recommended if you plan on venturing beyond Seven Mile Beach. 

For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
