Welcome to the South Bay Beach Club on Seven Mile Beach!

This 4 bedroom, 4 bath condo provides 2,677 square feet of luxurious living space including a screened patio overlooking the beach. Furnished with an outdoor dining table and lounge furniture, the screened patio is the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour. 

Inside, the interiors feature elevated ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with a television and audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home plus oceanfront views throughout the living area.

The home’s four bedrooms sleep 8 guests comfortably.

  • Primary Suite - king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the screened balcony, television, guest safe, ensuite with soaking tub and separate shower.

  • Guest Bedroom - two twin beds, television, desk + chair, shares full bathroom equipped with a shower across the hall. 

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also provided.

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. With its sandy shores and aqua-blue waters, it's easy to understand why. 

While the South Bay Beach Club has experienced beach erosion over the years, the resort still enjoys a sizeable beachfront where guests will find plenty of sun loungers and shade umbrellas lining the shore. Complimentary beach service is provided daily for resort guests on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Situated on the island's western peninsula, sunsets along Seven Mile Beach are phenomenal. Take in the view from your private terrace, the beach, or pool deck. 

Finally, the resort's location is easily within walking distance of nearby restaurants, beach bars, watersport rentals, shops, and other attractions.

Resort Services

The South Bay Beach Club provides all guests with complimentary concierge service. The resort’s staff is dedicated to making your stay an exceptional one from start to finish. 

Our team can assist with airport transfers, restaurant reservations, Stingray City tours, or golf tee times. We can also have groceries and your favorite beverages pre-stocked before you arrive.

Daily housekeeping (except on Sundays) and secure underground parking are provided complimentary during your stay. Laundry service is also available by contacting the front desk.

Resort Amenities

The resort’s beachfront and pool deck are lined with sun beds and shade umbrellas for guests to enjoy on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

The saltwater pool is heated and elevated above the beach. 

A pool cabana with two propane grills is set up adjacent to the pool deck. Perfect for sunset cookouts on the beach!

A small on-site fitness studio includes cardio equipment and free weights.

Highly recommend! My family and I had a wonderful visit at the Beachcomber condo we rented. We were seven people total (2 families) and the condo was more than spacious. The view was incredible and the ability to have our kids at the pool or in the beach and all right there at the condo without having to cross streets, was a huge plus. The condo is located very well, with a 10 to 15 minute walk to a grocery store, if needed. We didn’t learn until after the fact that we could have had groceries delivered to the condo before we arrived, which would have been a big plus, because we arrived late on a Saturday, and the grocery store was closed on Sunday. So I definitely recommend that to anyone who may need that service. Within a very short walk are some great restaurants as well and we even took about a 10 minute walk to access a great stretch of beach with sand that you can really walk along for a while, since erosion has impacted the beach by the condo and you can’t cross over to other properties easily. Overall, a truly wonderful vacation and condo and would definitely visit again!

Plenty of dining choices within walking distance! Snorkled with a turtle right off our beach! Beach is small but quiet. Condo was very roomy for our 8 teens and adults. Loved the screened in Porch view. Saw a stingray swimming from our balcony!

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this condo. It accommodated our group of 7 perfectly! Gorgeous ocean views, clean and spacious and walking distance to some fun restaurants and even Camana Bay. Definitely recommend!

Our stay at the South Bay Beach Club has been very nice. The condominiums were what was reflected in the advertisements. The condo crew did an outstanding job and were easy to work with. The GM Maggie does an exceptional job, easy to talk with and follows up on guest issues. Many owner residents were present and took personal interest in how things were going. We felt very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay. While the condominiums are cleaned daily there were some inconsistencies in the level of cleaning during our stay. We would recommend South Bay Beach Club as a place to stay.

Overall we had a great trip to Cayman and @ South Bay Beach Club. It was our second time in GCM and first time with kids. (Both under 3 years old). Overall there were a *lot* of positives of SBBC (spacious condo, proximity to restaurants/Camana bay, easy parking on site, security on site, housekeeping, beautiful views/balcony, etc) Although, we had impeccably bad timing as our stay coincided with one of the worst wind storms (nor\'westers in 10+ years) which significantly impacted our experience of SBBC as it rendered the beach and the pool unusable for the vast majority of our trip. This is obviously not in anyone\'s control, however we felt the property management could have handled the situation a lot better. Also, the booking agency Grand Cayman Villas wasn\'t as helpful as we would have hoped with some of our questions and deferred us to communicate with SBBC directly. We will definitely be back to Cayman Islands but next time we\'ll stay on the long stretch of Seven Mile Beach!

  • All rates and fees are in US$.
  • 13% Occupancy Tax is added to all reservations.
  • A 10% Resort Fee is added to all reservations.
  • A $2,000 Refundable Damage Deposit is required for all stays and will be charged to the card on file 2 weeks before arrival.
  • The Refundable Damage Deposit will be released back to the guest 7 days after departure pending inspection for damages.

Booking Rules

  • 5-night minimum required year-round. 
  • A 6-night minimum is required over Thanksgiving week.
  • 7-night minimum required over the winter holidays, Dec 19 - Jan 4. 
  • Christmas & New Year's dates are typically split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Check-in is 4:00 pm unless the manager approves an early check-in.
  • Check-out is 11:00 am unless the manager grants a late check-out.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.

Deposit Policy

For guests outside of 60 days from arrival:

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due as follows:
    • Jan 5 - Apr 14: 60 days prior to arrival.
    • Apr 15 - Dec 15: 30 days prior to arrival.
    • Dec 16 - Jan 4: 120 days prior to arrival. 

For guests within 60 days from arrival, the entire balance is due at booking. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation with no fees if canceled within 48 hours of booking.
  • Notice of cancellation must be made to [email protected] 
  • Cancellations made within the timeframes below are subject to a full refund less a $200 admin/cancel fee:
    • Jan 5 - Apr 14: Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival.
    • Apr 15 - Dec 15: Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival.
    • Dec 16- Jan 4: Cancel 120 days or more prior to arrival. 
  • If cancellation is made within the timeframes above, rent plus the resort fee paid are forfeited. Occupancy taxes and refundable damage deposit paid will be refunded to the card on file.
  • No refunds for shortened stays within the cancellation period.
  • No admin fees for accommodating minor date changes.

Getting Around

A rental car is recommended. Taxis are everywhere but fares can get expensive shuttling around George Town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. 

For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.

Nearby Beaches

Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. However, for prime snorkeling, you will need to venture to the island's other nearby beaches, Smith's Barcadere and Spotts Beach.

Smith's Barcadere is closest to the resort. A little further away is Spotts Beach, a marine habitat where you can swim with sea turtles!

Both beaches are open to the public with parking, picnic tables, and palm trees for shade.
