Welcome to the South Bay Beach Club on Seven Mile Beach!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo provides 2,130 square feet of beachfront living space including a spacious outdoor terrace.

These SkyYard Patios provide the best of both worlds, with a fully screened patio and an open-air extended balcony. With nothing but blue sky above, guests can walk out and sunbathe leisurely taking in the scenic elevated views.

SkyYard Patios are exclusive to the fourth, fifth, and penthouse floors. They come furnished with an outdoor dining table with seating for six, plus a lounge area. It’s the perfect spot to start your morning with a cup of coffee or wind down the day with a sunset happy hour.

Inside, the interiors feature elevated ceilings, cool tiled floors, and modern fixtures. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed wifi, and satellite television programming will keep you cool and connected throughout your stay.

The living area comes furnished with plush sofa seating, plus an entertainment center with a television and audio system. Enjoy all the comforts of home plus oceanfront views throughout the living area.

The home’s three bedrooms sleep 6 guests comfortably.

  • Primary Suite - king bed, ocean views, walk-out access to the SkyYard Patio, television, guest safe, ensuite with soaking tub and separate shower.
  • Guest Suite - queen bed, television, ensuite with shower bath.
  • Guest Bedroom - two twin beds, television, shares bathroom across the hall.

A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a breakfast bar includes everything you need for a home-cooked meal. Cookware, flatware, stemware, and cutlery are all provided.

Daily housekeeping is included throughout your stay. Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are also provided. 

Each condo is also equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. With its sandy shores and aqua-blue waters, it's easy to understand why. 

While the South Bay Beach Club has experienced beach erosion over the years, the resort still enjoys a sizeable beachfront where guests will find plenty of sun loungers and shade umbrellas lining the shore. Complimentary beach service is provided daily for resort guests on a first-come, first-served basis. 

Situated on the island's western peninsula, sunsets along Seven Mile Beach are phenomenal. Take in the view from your private terrace, the beach, or pool deck. 

Finally, the resort's location is easily within walking distance of nearby restaurants, beach bars, watersport rentals, shops, and other attractions.

Resort Services

The South Bay Beach Club provides all guests with complimentary concierge service. The resort’s staff is dedicated to making your stay an exceptional one from start to finish. 

Our team can assist with airport transfers, restaurant reservations, Stingray City tours, or golf tee times. We can also have groceries and your favorite beverages pre-stocked before you arrive.

Daily housekeeping (except on Sundays) and secure underground parking are provided complimentary during your stay. Laundry service is also available by contacting the front desk.

Resort Amenities

The resort’s beachfront and pool deck are lined with sun beds and shade umbrellas for guests to enjoy on a first-come, first-serve basis. 

The saltwater pool is heated and elevated above the beach. 

A pool cabana with two propane grills is set up adjacent to the pool deck. Perfect for sunset cookouts on the beach!

A small on-site fitness studio includes cardio equipment and free weights.

Our experience with Grand Cayman Villas and at this unit in the South Bay Beach Club was nothing short of fantastic and perfect. The view of sunset was perfect and the location is spectacular and makes access to the many attractions on Grand Cayman easy to get to. The unit itself was super clean and in perfect order inside and the people checking us in at the building were very very nice and accommodating and provided great feedback on local restaurants and attractions. The building was very quiet. We will definitely stay in this unit again in the future.

The condo was really spacious and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio area overlooking the ocean! The beds were comfortable and the living room was great for a family of 5. There were plenty of beach chairs available, great snorkeling, and grills. I think the location and the service at this condo set it apart. We had daily housekeeping, which included making the beds, replacing the beach towels and mopping the floors. We would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect place to stay for my family. Great location and had all the amenities of staying at a hotel but all the perks of staying at your own condo. The view is amazing I could actually see and take pictures of my husband and son snorkeling on the beach from our balcony. Nice and quiet always chairs and space available at the pool and beach. Able to walk to restaurants or take scooters around. Was a great stay and would definitely recommend.

  • All rates and fees are in US$.
  • 13% Occupancy Tax is added to all reservations.
  • A 10% Resort Fee is added to all reservations.
  • A $1,500 Refundable Damage Deposit is required for all stays and will be charged to the card on file 2 weeks before arrival.
  • The Refundable Damage Deposit will be released back to the guest 7 days after departure pending inspection for damages.

Booking Rules

  • 5-night minimum required year-round. 
  • A 6-night minimum is required over Thanksgiving week.
  • 7-night minimum required over the winter holidays, Dec 19 - Jan 4. 
  • Christmas & New Year's dates are typically split into two rental periods. Please inquire about your travel dates prior to booking.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Check-in is 4:00 pm unless the manager approves an early check-in.
  • Check-out is 11:00 am unless the manager grants a late check-out.
  • Guests must be 25 years or older to book and must occupy the unit during the entire stay.

Deposit Policy

For guests outside of 60 days from arrival:

  • A 50% deposit is required at booking to secure your dates.
  • The remaining balance is due as follows:
    • Jan 5 - Apr 14: 60 days prior to arrival.
    • Apr 15 - Dec 15: 30 days prior to arrival.
    • Dec 16 - Jan 4: 120 days prior to arrival. 

For guests within 60 days from arrival, the entire balance is due at booking. 

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation with no fees if canceled within 48 hours of booking.
  • Notice of cancellation must be made to [email protected] 
  • Cancellations made within the timeframes below are subject to a full refund less a $200 admin/cancel fee:
    • Jan 5 - Apr 14: Cancel 60 days or more prior to arrival.
    • Apr 15 - Dec 15: Cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival.
    • Dec 16- Jan 4: Cancel 120 days or more prior to arrival. 
  • If cancellation is made within the timeframes above, rent plus the resort fee paid are forfeited. Occupancy taxes and refundable damage deposit paid will be refunded to the card on file.
  • No refunds for shortened stays within the cancellation period.
  • No admin fees for accommodating minor date changes.

Getting Around

A rental car is recommended. Taxis are everywhere but fares can get expensive shuttling around George Town and Seven Mile Beach. Plus, there is no Uber or Lyft on the island. 

For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.

Nearby Beaches

Seven Mile Beach is consistently ranked as one of the top beaches in the world. However, for prime snorkeling, you will need to venture to the island's other nearby beaches, Smith's Barcadere and Spotts Beach.

Smith's Barcadere is closest to the resort. A little further away is Spotts Beach, a marine habitat where you can swim with sea turtles!

Both beaches are open to the public with parking, picnic tables, and palm trees for shade.
